Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund.

We accept:

• Cash

• Any major credit card (credit card payments include a 2.5% processing fee)

If you believe you left something in the vehicle, please call us immediately. We will do our best to return your item as soon as possible—either the same day or the next available day.
